Cargo ship - division 222 - semi-rigid type... RIGID
The Valkyrie 6 has been designed according to the same principle as a classic semi-rigid shell. The distribution of hull/tube volumes is substantially the same. In return for a slightly larger mass, the Valkyrie 6 is not afraid of detachments, punctures, UV rays or shocks. In addition, it overcomes the limits imposed by division 222 concerning semi-rigid vessels.
In conclusion, it has all the advantages of a semi-rigid without its disadvantages! All for a non-motorized light weight of 795 kg (about 150 kg more than a classic semi-rigid model) while having a Bureau Veritas validated structure, a stem, a regulatory freeboard and an unsinkable foam hull .
