The building site Bord à Bord recently delivered a PIXSEA 1300 XL DIVING to a private company based in Mauritius, specializing in diving excursions. This new vessel complements a first acquisition made a few years earlier with a PIXSEA 1200, now operating in the Seychelles. Satisfied with this initial experience, the operator has chosen to equip its fleet with a second vessel in order to expand its business into a new cruising area.

A vessel designed for diving operations

Developped by Bord à Bord and designed by Œuvres Vives Architecture Navale, the PIXSEA 1300 This is an aluminum boat specifically designed for transporting and supporting divers. Its capacity allows for up to 32 divers, while offering a deck designed to facilitate movement and equipment loading. The layout can be adapted to the operator's needs, including the installation of benches and tank racks.

A layout designed for passenger comfort

For this project, the client wanted to incorporate a fitted wheelhouse including a galley and a toilet. This choice reflects a desire to improve the comfort of divers during sea trips, particularly on voyages lasting several hours.

These features complement the vessel's functional qualities while providing a level of service suited to professional recreational diving activities. The combination of a protected piloting area and comfortable amenities meets the expectations of clients seeking an enjoyable diving experience without compromising on operational aspects.
