SHALLAN 1100
Bord A Bord is dedicated to creating professional sailboats designed to offer professionals a low-carbon passenger transport solution. The Shallan 1100, a sailboat capable of carrying up to 16 passengers, is distinguished by its hard-chine hull, guaranteeing stability and comfort for all during crossings.
The Shallan 1100 is steered using two tillers connected to the two rudders, thus offering great maneuverability to its captain. Designed for passenger transport, this sailboat is intended to be accessible to all: it has PRM access allowing people with reduced mobility to fully enjoy a crossing on board.
The twin rudders, combined with the pivoting and lifting centerboard, allow the Shallan 1100 to approach very close to the coast, navigate in sometimes narrow channels and beach easily, thus providing access to places that are usually difficult to access.
This sailboat is currently being developed by our design office, Œuvres Vives.
